    We are starting completely new and need help with start up costs to make sure everything will run smoothly for our opening in July of 2023. We have found a space that will work perfect for us and the landlord will assist in the build up costs, but we still need help with buying everything for each team member to be able to adequately provide the services they are licensed to perform.

We will also be providing training for all employees to make sure everyone is confident in the services they will be providing. We strive for the absolute best in quality of services as well as a great work ethic. We will help each and every one of our team members to continue their education and certifications to stay up to date on any possible new techniques for their licenses. Our goal is the customer's complete satisfaction. We are fair in our hiring as well as opportunities. We always put the client's needs and schedules first when it comes to scheduling appointments and will make special accommodations to help them come in for their services, in accordance with what works best for them. We also strive in educating our clients as to why we think one thing is better then another and making sure the completely understand the service they are receiving. We also value their opinions on the service and prices of the services we will be providing.

    We have 3 main competitors in our area, Massage Envy, Hand and stone, and IV Bars. They are all corporate franchises that have lost the sense of compassion for the customer. Most of their services are very over priced and it doesn't feel very personable when you go in to their business (not all of them but most of them). Our goal is to bring back that compassion to the Spa environment. We will come in before opening as well as stay after closing if need be to make sure our clients needs are met. We constantly ask for feedback on what we can do better and we listen to that feedback. We also send out hand written thank you cards to each new customer as well as holiday cards and monthly news letters to make sure all of our clients are up to date with any changes.
