The League: Home of PAC(K) Training | Application Preview
The League: Home of PAC(K) Training is seeking government grants to support its operations and future growth. The funding would be used responsibly to cover payroll and operational costs while also building reserves after enduring setbacks from the pandemic.
The primary objective of their business plan is to boost revenue at their current location while effectively managing expenses. They have initiated cost-cutting measures and increased marketing efforts. Additionally, they are exploring franchise expansion, which would allow new franchise locations to be funded independently while contributing to the brand's growth through royalties.
The League presents a compelling reason for funding approval, highlighting their track record of fulfilling commitments to investors over nearly a decade. They emphasize transparency, consistent updates, access to their training programs, and a collaborative spirit with investors. Their commitment to community involvement through charity partnerships further strengthens their appeal to potential funders.
In terms of competition, they face local family-owned gyms and larger national chains like Orange Theory Fitness, F45, and CrossFit affiliates. However, The League differentiates itself with a holistic approach, focusing not only on physical fitness but also on clients' mental and relational wellness. They promote this philosophy through initiatives like quarterly social events that encourage mental health discussions and the hiring of certified mental health advocates. They actively foster connections among clients to support personal and professional growth, aligning with their core value of "love people well."

Business Plan
Our first and primary goal is to increase revenue in our current location while simultaneously cutting costs. We have been successful to some degree in cost cutting. We are ramping up marketing efforts and remaining diligent in seeking all possible avenues to converse funds and reduce expenses. Secondarily, we are also pursuing expansion by way of franchising. Newly founded franchise locations entering our brand family would be independently funded by the franchisees, who both advance our branding blueprint and provide support as they pay royalties as a part of their participation in our operation. Investors should invest in us because we have never failed to deliver in successfully meeting the agreed upon terms and paying investors back in full (principle plus interest). In our near 10 years of operation, we have prided ourselves in always coming through for those who have supported us. Every investor in the history of out brand has profited. We also give investors full transparency, frequent updates and unlimited access to our training program. We welcome their feedback and are collaborative. We also do a lot of good in the community through charity partnerships, which means they are funding something that changes lives.

Self Identified Competition
At the local level, our competitors are any of the many single-location family owned warehouse gyms. At the national level and in regard to where we plan to go in scaling by way f franchise, our top three competitors are: Orange Theory Fitness F45 Crossfit affiliate gyms We are different from our competitors int hat we are not just here to provide a great workout. We have a unique approach in that we also support our clients' mental and relational wellness. We take what we call a "whole human approach" to see to it that we are not ONLY enhancing their physical fitness. This is carrie in our anthem statement of "love people well", a big core value we honor by ensuring that people feel holistically supported and not just given reps in the gym. Practically, we carry out these commitments by: *Hosting quarterly social events featuring "mindset modules" (mental health dialogue in a safe space, led by certified life coaches) *Hiring certified mental health advocates as a part of our team of coaches *Actively seeking potential avenues of Leaguer-to-Leaguer support, and establishing connections among our clients whose personal and professional lanes may intersect in ways that are mutually beneficial.
