Funding Usage
Currently, the majority of our income goes towards our overhead. With this funding, we would be able to funnel more into patient care. This includes marketing, advertising, and sponsorship. We would love to be able to sponsor some of our patients' sports teams, local charity fundraisers, or other sponsorships that allow us to give back to the community. Another area would be patient education. We have received continuous positive feedback regarding our style of practice that leans more towards us helping patients help themselves. With this, we would be able to provide educational material, handouts, hold classes, and more to help out our patients. Another area would be our continuing education. There are some specific certifications and courses that we believe would help us serve our patients even more.

Business Plan
There are many ways we are planning on growing our business in the next 5 years. The first of these, happened before we even opened. We specifically chose Western Lenexa, KS, because of its growth. We are located in a prime area, surrounded by developing business parks, apartments, and housing. Being in a great location, plus our convenient office location, will be a great way to help us grow. Next, we plan on funneling more into marketing and advertising. This includes social media advertisements, sports teams sponsorships, in-person marketing, and more. We pride ourselves on being a small business, and want to give back to other small businesses as well. Currently, we have some local partnerships, offering discounts and family packages to local businesses. This is a way to help keep their location staffed, healthy, and improve job performances. In addition to this, we also offer discounts to school staff, nurses, first responders, and other works, as a way to say thank-you for their hard work. In the future, we will be volunteering at local community events, offering free services and screenings. This is a way to tell people about who we are, what we do, and why we think we should be their choice for health. Our #1 way of growing however, is internal referrals. We have received continual feedback about how happy our patients are with how our office runs, whether that is our high quality and honest care, our patient education, or our services we offer. We already have had many internal referrals, which is the biggest compliment of all. We hope this boosts exponentially, and we are able to serve more and more people in our community. There are a few reasons why we believe investors should invest in us. First, our business is women-owned, under 30, first time business owner, that put in an immense amount of hard work and determination to open a business that puts its patients first. We are already experiencing an unexpected high retention rate from our current patient base that hopefully will continue to grow organically. Secondly, we are a business that puts its patients first. This includes lower prices than our competitors, so that healthcare can be affordable for all. We also offer discounts to multiple occupations, such as nurses, teachers, and first responders, to make it even more affordable. We offer longer appointment times than usual, so our patients never feel like their health is rushed. We make sure to address all of their questions, concerns, and complaints. We have had multiple patients compliment us on this, on how we take the time to listen, and how unique that makes us. We also have a multi-disciplinary circle, where we will refer patients to someone else, if we believe that another practitioner is better suited for their health. Lastly, we have some serious Kansas Pride. Born and raised here, and completing all of our higher education here, Kansas State University and Cleveland Chiropractic, it is safe to say that we are in Kansas for the long run. We joined our local Chamber of Commerce the first month we opened, as a way to support our community. Overall, we believe you should invest in us, because of our entrepreneurial spirit, our patient-first practice style, and our love for Kansas.

Self Identified Competition
Currently, our main competitors are corporately owned chiropractic and healthcare clinics. We are a self-supported small business, that is currently self sufficient. Unfortunately, our 1st priority is keeping the roof over our heads, therefore budget wise, this decreases our budget for marketing, advertising, and sponsorships. Corporately owned clinics have a higher budget for those things that we currently are not able to afford, leading to higher exposure to patients. There are a few things that make us different than our competitors that we have heard continually from our patients. The first, would be the way we run our practice. Our appointments are 15-30 minutes on average. This leaves us with enough time to catch-up on their complaint, provide treatment, and answer any questions they may have. The average other competitor's appointment is 5-10 minutes, and we have heard negative feedback about how patients don't feel heard. Another thing that makes us different is our pricing. We have lower than average pricing, because we believe that healthcare should be affordable for all. Patients also continuously tell us that they appreciate how much effort goes into helping them get better on their own. This includes stretches, exercises, lifestyle tips, nutritional advice and more. We are here to help get patients better, and that includes healing outside of the office as well. On another note, the practice is a woman-owned, under 30, operated. We are recently graduated, so we provide a fresh approach to healthcare that patients appreciate.
