Tulsa Wholesale Liquidations 92-1571109 | Government Grant Application

Tulsa Wholesale Liquidations | Application Preview

Tulsa Wholesale Liquidations is seeking government grants to enhance its operations and enter a booming market. The funding will be allocated primarily for purchasing essential heavy machinery, such as forklifts, and for sourcing inventory.

The business is moving into a new facility that offers ample space for growth. This location will not only help establish a strong local presence but also provide room for future expansion. An aggressive marketing strategy is planned to attract new clients in a market with limited competition. The company will reinvest profits into its wholesale purchasing, aiming to strengthen its e-commerce presence alongside its local operations.

Operating within a lucrative $4 billion liquidation market, Tulsa Wholesale anticipates growth due to the ongoing economic downturn and the closures of large retail chains. The shift in retail towards online platforms presents an opportunity for the business to become a significant liquidation center, leveraging major e-commerce sites like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.

Tulsa Wholesale is also part of a network of liquidators from Michigan to Florida, which aids in keeping costs low and enhancing its truckload brokerage operations. While two other local liquidators exist, their distance and differing business models suggest a minimal overlap in customer base.

The business's competitive advantage lies in integrating an e-commerce strategy into a traditional liquidation framework, allowing for greater profit margins and efficient inventory storage through fulfillment centers. This positioning aims to set Tulsa Wholesale apart in the growing liquidation and resale market.

  • Business Plan

We are set to move in to a new facility that will provide us enough space to become established in the local market. The building we will be leasing has additional warehouse space available when were ready to expand. We will be using an aggressive marketing campaign to acquire new clientele and we are currently operating in a market with very little competition . We plan on re-investing profits into our wholesale purchasing via online and sent to our e-commerce accounts to hit a market that’s digital on top of our local footprint. We are also part of a network of other liquidators that are located from michigan to Florida, this helps with keeping purchasing cost down as well as bolster our truckload brokerage side of the business. We are in Liquidations which is 4 billion dollar market. With the incoming recession paired with the down fall of big box retail store shutting down Liquidations has become a hot market. Paired with most retail shopping being moved to online, we intend to be one of the major liquiation centers that also has a e commerce presence wether that’s through Amazon Walmart or EBay or other lesser known digital marketplaces. I am partnered with other major liquidators across the country , Specifically with Jax Wholesale and Liquidation based out of Jacksonville fl , This helps with sourcing and brokering.

  • Self Identified Competition

Locally were are only aware of 2 other liquidators with similar but not identical models, one was named 282liquidations, but they are more than a 100 miles from us , and don’t believe we would be tapping into the same pool of customers. We incorporated the e-commerce model into a proven liquidation model, widening the profit margins and reducing warehouse space for inventory. Most of our inventory will be held in amazon and walmart fulfillment centers
