I am a self made person that came from a middle class family and I am looking to provide equal opportunity to my team, community and generally know I have great concepts that speak to the masses. I just need that extra push to get me "over the line", this is the one thing I have done for many other businesses owners and professionals over the years, I am now trying to do it for myself with only my means and I would like to move the needle a little faster.

Self Identified Competition
Almost every similar concept offer only either savory goods or specific goods, which is a limiting factor for the competition. Lots of the competitors are in their localized bubble, which has its successes, but having the established “age” is not always a positive in today’s bigger food trend climate. The varied age groups of today want relevant and trending foods that some of the existing competitors are not willing to touch or even learn. Also our mixed offering of pastry and savory allows us to be the one stop shop not only for retail costumers but wholesale, joint-collaborations, other café’s, and restaurants. Our first location in Philadelphia, and is located in a food desert for offerings of comfortable approachable foods. There are limited options in the area, especially with an expected surge of residential properties being built. There is limited to no competition for this approachable concept in the location and I want to find similar areas and expand in the same way. I provide simple, approachable, and artisanal food goods in a dual concept that I have learned over my years of cooking, training, competing, learning, and teaching. I have a wide variety of knowledge of techniques and styles not seen in many fast casual concepts. I provide a place that appeals to children and adults alike, as well as all demographics and I want to grow that. Not only with my current concepts but for future ideas as well. I am not sure if that is the purpose of most of my competitors, I love what I do, I know my purpose and not in it for money making but instead for memory making for my clients.
