Space has a cafe and high end laundry mat within. Close to college campus. Plan to expand from just aerial hammock, silks and lyra to also include other fitness routines such as trampoline workouts and bungee workouts. Catering to the college/early thirties demographic. There is 1 other gym located more than 20 miles from my desired location. Construction to be completed in march, ROI by EOY The strength and core built during these fun and creative exercise are incomparable. With fewer injuries than crossfit gyms incur for their patrons. I have successfully started and seen to expansion a private cash medical practice for my husband. When we started 2 years ago in a new community, I networked and spread awareness. I created a social media campaign and won us the BEST IN PENSACOLA award. We expanded from a 3 year room practice to a 6 room practice and expanded our services with it. I'm confident I can do even more for something I love so much! I teach a few students in my own back yard suspended from a tree right now to ensure my skills stay up to date.

I have 1 small single room studio 10 miles from my desired location and 1 20 miles from my location. There is no other competition nearby My location is perfectly located within walking distance of the college campus. I have connections with Florida State University to recruit instructors from the FSU Circus College. The desired space will have a high end laundry facility as well as an internet cafe within so as to ensure constant flow of traffic.
