Beverly Hills Academy is seeking government grants to support its operations and enhance educational offerings. The funding will primarily be used for staff salaries, building maintenance, and necessary supplies for teachers. The academy is currently renovating its facility to ensure student safety and meet growing educational needs.
In the future, the academy plans to expand by constructing additional classrooms to accommodate more students and improve educational opportunities. This expansion will also allow for professional development for teachers, including training sessions to enhance their skills, which in turn will benefit the students. The goal is to increase student enrollment, leading to a greater need for resources and materials.
The academy emphasizes its commitment to providing a high-quality education for infants to middle school students. To achieve this, it is crucial to invest in teacher training and create a safe and engaging learning environment. The school recognizes that many students consider school as their safest place.
In terms of competition, the academy faces challenges from institutions like Huda, Detroit Country Day, and Canton Montessori. However, Beverly Hills Academy prides itself on its personalized approach to education. By fostering close relationships with families and ensuring teachers receive the best training available, the academy believes it can provide a superior educational experience compared to its competitors.

Business Plan
We would love to grow our building but building additional classrooms to ensure more education for students. We are starting not to have any more room to add any more classes. We would be able to further teachers education so they are getting the best education. Send staff to trainings. We would be able to raise salaries for our employees. We would grow our enrollment, which would mean more students, which would also mean more supplies for the classrooms. As a privately owned school, infants to middle school we are trying to ensure the best education. To have the best education you need to make sure that the teachers are also educating themselves to make sure. They also need to make sure throughout the years of teaching they also are getting different leadership training, emotional training to engage in the students. Then overall, we need to make sure that all classrooms are safe. That they have the appropriate materials in the classroom to make it adequate for the students to learn but also feel safe. Most students safe place is school.

Self Identified Competition
Huda- is one of our largest competitors because they are the other Huda school. Detroit Country Day and Canton Montessori. Our school is different from all of our competitors because we prey on our students education. We make sure that we are very personable with our families and that all the students are providing the best education with the materials we have. We also stay personable with our teachers and making sure that we provide them the best training we can afford.
