Business Plan
The business will be consignment and resale to the public. We hope to bring in craft people from the community to get their product in front of the public. We are hoping after year one to see a massive increase in sales and plan to utilize estate sales for "other" inventory. Marketing is a must! We hope to utilize social media, public locations and public media to get the word out that we have everything. My husband and I have 4 children. He volunteers and coaches their basketball team. He is a veteran who got out of the army and moved up in his current career substantially in the last 10 years. I have been a medical assistant at the local hospital for the last 13 years in different roles. We both have longevity in our positions and while he will remain at his current company, I will be moving into this role and diving in headfirst. Our goal is to make a great place for our community that we can also make a great profit and to teach our kids that any goal we set we can achieve with hard work and dedication.

Self Identified Competition
In our local area we have 3 other consignment stores. All deal mostly with clothing and have excellent reviews! The local community speak highly of their stores and staff, and we will as well. We hope to develop a relationship with the local shops and possibly share business where they are different from us, and we offer items they don't typically offer. Most of our local competitors in the consignment industry profit from clothing. We want to set ourselves aside by offering our business up to everyone looking to sell a product within our business. We will offer services such as refurbishing furniture to increase asking price and sales from all different markets.
