    I would use the funds to market. I would also use the funds to buy some tools and vans so i can hire employees. I would use some of the money to get a good software to use. I would but new computers and ipads for my techs.

    I plan on to market alot to grow. The biggest thing to make a company grow isgreat customer service. Talk to each customer like how you would be treated. I have been in the HVAC buisness for 8 years. 7 of them at a HVAC wholesaler and 1 year as a salesman for an hvac company. I also went to school for HVAC. If an invested had a better way to make more money i would listen to them and take there advise. I am married with a 1 1/2 year old at home and one on the way. I just cant fail and i will not fail.

    Where i live i would say Homeworks. They do really good job at marketing but i know the are expensive. Prior lake heating, He has been the home town heating guy but only has 1 or 2 employees. The last one would be metro air. They are a local company but they are trying to rebuild the name. The biggest thing that my company would do over every other HVAC company is the we would be honest about there equipment. I am not going to sell someone something that they don't need or tell people that parts are bad when they are still good. Treat everyone that calls with great customer service.
