In the next 5 years we plan to add an additional 1400 square feet where we are renting, We plan on offering more recovery and amenities to our clients I have been in business since 2012 but opened my own startup gym in 2019. After having 4 Covid shutdowns business is still growing and we have the ideal target market in our area. Last year Covid affected cancelled appointments and some other struggles but otherwise we plan to dominate the area with our private personal training studio and specialize in just that!

So no one else has our business model in the area even though a few other big box gyms or Crossfit gyms are local Fitness factory Lumber captial athletics Crew 22 athletics We are the only private personal training studio in the area which attracts doctors, business owners, and athletes who want specialized equipment and attention. I am also the only golf fitness instructor in our area through Titleist. Our local country club advertises me and send me ideal clients
