The company plan to reach the $2 million mark within 5 years. It is with this in mind that we are submitting this plan to support our request for a $100,000 grant to reach these milestones. We currently have a brochure which we will update to specifically target businesses which can provide us with work under the 8(a) programs. We will develop another brochure and letter which will specifically target non 8(a) businesses. We will also promote these businesses through our website. CM-PAINT INC plans to deliver contract revenue of approximately $600,000 in 2023, $750,000 in 2024, $1.0 million in 2025 1.5 millions in 2026 and 2.0 millions in 2027. Elvia understands the process of construction bidding, bonding and organizational management. She has excellent interpersonal skills and constantly strives to improve her knowledge and management. All members of our management team have been in the construction business for over some years. Many have either operated their own firms or have held positions Elvia understands the intricacies of the drywall and painting businesses having been involved in projects including the Boston housing, the Gibbons elementary school of Stoughton Ma She understands the process of construction bidding, bonding and organizational management. She has excellent interpersonal skills and constantly strives to improve her knowledge and management. CM-PAINT INC expects to make gradual investments in construction crew personnel. We intend to grow gradually, to reduce the chance of becoming too large too quick. The company will expand the crew as contracts require. The crew CM-PAINT INC is formulated of individuals with a talent for craftsmanship. The company prides itself on only hiring experienced tradesperson for its crews. The quality assurance guarantees are provided, not only by the company, but by each individual working on the project. We seek work from the federal General Services Administration, the Department of Defense and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. We also seek work from local builders and developers through mailings and site visits. We pursue opportunities from local cities and towns and the contracting officers from other federal agencies. CM-PAINT INC is keys to success are comprised of the following factors: Over the next 12 months, CM-PAINT INC. has a primary short-term objective of becoming certified as an 8(a) contractor with the U.S. Small Business Administration. This will allow us to bid on construction work with various U. S. government agencies Our secondary short-term objective is to secure sufficient funding and bonding capability to allow us to further expand in the commercial and office building construction market. This will allow us to improve our profit margin and increase local market share. Our tertiary short-term objective is to maintain our current level of sales and production. We realize that in the current 2023 market, this may pose some difficulties, however the maintenance of these levels is essential to the success of our future plans. Our primary long term objective is to market and offer services in , Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire. Our secondary long term objective is to reach a sales target of $2,000,000 over the next five years.

Their weakness is that they have no construction management operation and do not perform any subcontracting work. BC&M Construction is primarily involved in rehabilitation work. Their weakness is that they do not file sub-bids and are not involved in general construction. Wicks Construction Painting only bids on jobs that are over 2 million dollars. 4.3.1 Competition and Buying Patterns There are over commercial contractors nationwide. Cm-Paint Inc will primarily compete on the basis of its level of workmanship and relationships among the commercial real estate community.
