Funding Usage
Balanced Care would use the funding to hire more help and help secure a future so we could expand and eventually move into an office and offer our services to more areas. We also use a proportion of the money for marketing and advertising. It would more a lot to use to be able to offer these services to our community which shows a high need for caregiving.

Business Plan
I plan to grow Balanced Care through marketing and advertising. I want to get my mission out there to keep the elderly in the comfort of their own homes and provide care for whatever they need. Examples would be doing simple tasks around the house, cooking, cleaning, and hygiene care. I also want to provide a service for them if they need help with doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, and outings. My business is based in/ around a few counties with a growing rate of elderly and not enough rest homes/ private caregiving companies out here. in addition, a lot of families prefer their loved ones to stay in their homes as long as possible and I feel as a company that is something I can grow in the next 5 years. I would like to be invested in it because I truly feel I can make a difference in the care of the elderly. I have been talking to home health agencies and there is a high need for private caregiving, not a lot of elderly are receiving the 1v1 nonskilled care they need and I know if I can get some extra help I can do well in my community along with providing jobs to my community and help it become a better place.

Self Identified Competition
My first competitor is other home health agencies they offer a lot of what I do but they are considered a skilled facilities so, unfortunately, they don’t have a lot of hours to donate to the non-skilled side of caregiving like my business can we focus more on companionship and the nurturing side and everyday attacks as where skilled facilities focus more on skilled medical related things such as injections or IV care or just a quick check-up. My second competitor is insurance agencies because they are picky about what they will cover along with Medicaid so I have to make sure I can stay budget-friendly for my clients and still be able to provide a staffed environment for them My third competitor is myself I will always be trying to do better and be better and provide the best I can for my community. I will always be trying to expand and offer whatever I can in my means to my elderly community. I feel what makes me different is I can offer what they cant offer in terms of nonskilled caregiving. There is a huge number of elderly people who need help and just by a google search, you can learn about it. I can provide those skills and even work with other HHA. I only plan to get better and I am hoping to whom it concerns can see this can be a huge change for my community and surrounding areas.
