I do not wish to grow anymore than I am. I am a single woman and myself and my helper are the only ones that work on my rentals. I have own these units for 5 years and they are just sitting not bringing in any income or helping the community I worked in the banking industry for over 25 years. I started buying my own rental properties to help with income and raise my grandchildren, which I adopted 7 years ago. I am a smart and honest woman who just wants to stop wasting money on this 4 unit with no income coming in.
