I plan to hire more staff, and invest in their professional development by getting them trained in Evidence Based treatment modalities such as EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I also plan on expanding my marketing to reach more people in need of these types of services. Our services go directly towards treating individuals suffering from mental health conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. We accept commercial insurance and treat diverse populations. We have staff members who are bi-lingual and from multicultural backgrounds. We are making mental health treatment more accessible to members of minority groups who might not otherwise receive these treatments. As the practice owner, I also provide training and supervision of therapists who are just starting their careers. I have 20 years of experience in the mental health field and so I have a lot of wisdom to share.

We are different than our competitors because we are a small business with a brick and mortar location that plans to be around, consistently providing services in the community for many years to come. We provide both in person treatment and appointments by telehealth, depending on the needs of our clients. We are invested in the health and well-being of our local community. We make treatment affordable to people in our community by accepting insurance and helping them understand their insurance benefits.
