Funding Usage
I would use the funds in the most cost effective means, achievable. I need to purchase the equipment and lease a facility to assemble all the components required. I have a complete parts list and price for each component. I already spoke with suppliers for all needed components and became a dealer or in the process of becoming a dealer in all sectors. These heavy duty generators are based on proven technology that was configured into a new class of generators. They will be either diesel or gasoline and they exhibit the lowest fuel consumption rates, compared to conventional synchronous alternator and inverter generators today. Similar to how the hybrid cars came on the market years ago and now they are very common and produce great fuel efficiency.

Business Plan
I see a very profitable future with these generators, especially since the price of fuel went extremely high in the past year. Our heavy duty gasoline generators can match or exceed the real world fuel consumption rates of conventional diesel generators. Our heavy duty diesel generators can eclipse all known generators to date. We would like to start off small and produce high quality, small home/business standby generators and construction site generators, in the 7.5 KW – 15 KW range, as our technology fits perfect for their needs. The fuel savings alone, due to the high fuel cost would help us capture a partial segment of the market and enable us to grow at a predictable rate, from the need to replace old worn out units, with high efficiency units. We foresee an entire assembly line designated to these unique generators and then branch out into the smaller generator market and sell them at Home Depot, Lowes and etc. Then branch into the larger line of generators for businesses, government and military purposes, with its smaller logistical required fuel footprint. The higher the energy cost, the quicker our generators will become commonplace in the market, as hybrid cars are today. As mentioned previously, these generators are very heavy duty and highly efficient. With the rise of energy cost, further ensure the need for the lowest fuel consumption rates for electrical power generation. Our 2 patents applied are very broad and clearly states the advantages of this technology vs. conventional synchronous alternator and inverter generators today. Once fully implemented into the marketplace, the potential of capturing a large segment of the generator industry is totally achievable.

Self Identified Competition
https://www.wincogen.com/, https://gillettegenerators.com/ and https://www.pdgenerators.com. They all sell very high quality residential and commercial generators. Their main problem is they only sell synchronous alternator, generators, not inverter generators. The main reason is that synchronous alternators are very robust and extremely durable. Inverter generators offer much greater fuel efficiency but cannot safely power heavy inductive loads. Also, synchronous alternators are more efficient from 51% to 100% loads, as the inverter generators are more efficient at 0% to 50%. Our technology is a hybrid between both technologies. It offers the toughness of a synchronous alternator and the fuel savings of an inverter generator, in one generator. Our Synchro-Verter technology offers the best qualities in each design, without the drawbacks. We are a fresh new company and driven with the passion of helping society cope with the high energy cost of power generation. We designed this technology to address this exact need and there was no other technology available that could offer the reliability and robustness of a synchronous alternator and the fuel savings and variable engine speeds, of an inverter generator. This hybrid technology is the next step in power generation and we are humbled and excited that we are in the forefront.
