We plan to grow our business with more food offerings, by expanding our menu and offering specials. We plan to do more seasonal promotions around holidays and other special days like St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, etc. We plan to improve the ambiance in the restaurant & patio with new lighting, speakers, decor, & other furnishings. We will add new bar specials and promotions around sporting events. Investors should invest in us because we have a history of success in the restaurant business. We stayed open throughout the COVID-19 restrictions and kept our staff employed throughout, while abiding by the COVID-19 shut downs and limited operation mandates. We resumed full operation when the COVID-19 restrictions ended, with our full staff. We have continued full operation hours and days, ever since. We have increased sales from $275,000 in 2015, when we purchased The Keg, to over $1,000,000 per year, for the last three years. We employee 22 people, year round. We still have growth opportunities in food & beverage sales. We would like to expand our kitchen ti improve our overall production.
