    1. Hiring more staffs, chefs are needed and we must pay higher salaries to get a good and knowledgeable Thai cuisine chef. Estimate $4,000 monthly per each chef. We need 2 more for this upcoming year. 2. Training staffs, our staffs are in need of training for a great and positive service mind for their benefit in term of earning tips and for a successful restaurant in term of business 3. Provide more menu selections. We would like to sales sushi and tea along with Thai food, to do these projects we need to buy equipment and inventory. 4. Upgrade seating and dining area, we would like to provide excellence customer service experience and to do this we need to get a new booths and new flooring

    We started ore business in 09/2016 and opened for services in 2017, two years later we were be able to open another location. Therefore our plan to grow our business is 1. to open more locations. 2. Operating a new way of making Thai food easier for new customers, such as prepaid program to get customers registered and they will get a free sample and get a weekly meals to delivery at their home. My business is own by individual, I am a single mom, a minority (Asian’s region) and I am not just a business owner but I also be able to become everything in my restaurant. I am from a business owner to a dish washer person who’s working every day and more than 14 hours per day. In a short period I was opened a 2nd location without borrowing money from anyone. My goal is aiming high but possible.
