Funding Usage
With this grant, I am able to pay the rent and utilities as well as purchase items to resell online to my members and clients. I can keep up with my website and use it to re-sell items. Currently I am unable to do that with my own money as a single mom.

Business Plan
This year, my goal is to sell my products and video online and connect with as many people as possible. I have a waiting list of people who want to join in my online sessions. With this grant, I am able to have a website and be able to re-sell products to make profit from. I am also able to pay rent and afford products to keep my business going. My goal is to build my business where I have other yogis working for me and have them teach my mobility class. There are people that have server health issues especially since the pandemic. Suffering from weight-loss, osteoporosis, stiffness in the body, emotional health, and more. Nothing amazing can be done alone. My vision is to connect with other yogis who understand the science of the body and the mind so we can unite and be able to help people heal and become a better version of themselves. To reconnect with themselves.

Self Identified Competition
Well, there are so many yoga classes and gyms I can mention. So we have any basic yoga class or hot yoga. We also have our conventional gyms like Retro Fitness who teaches basic yoga classes. (Non to which connect with their members at a personal level to where they assist them in a much boarder way like I do.) What makes my class different is that I do a combination of Kriya Yoga, Animal Flow, conditioning training, core training, breathe work, mentation, and grounding exercises. Why stick with one type of session that only solve one issue when you can combine them and solve a much broader audience? This is what makes Teal Fox Fitness different. No one is out there teaching multiple types of training in one session. My classes help my members connect with their body by moving in ways that transfers negative energy into positive healing energy. You'd have to try it to understand it.
