Business Plan
I will be purchasing old homes to remodel them and get new tenants in them so the area can be slowly rejuvenated. My side focus will be building city parks and working with cities on a viable maintenance budget for upkeep and safety. I want to focus on areas that are mostly run down and rejuvenate them to bring in hard working people so that economy can thrive. This will give greater opportunities and better lifestyles as well as the school districts to gain grants to expand their quality environments. I hope to work with the cities to build amd maintain parks and rec areas as well in hopes to get children outside.

Self Identified Competition
My competitors are mainly handypeople but with a new focus into the other areas(as mentioned earlier,) this will be a niche market for my company to diversify its community reach with the unique skill sets needed in today's world. I have a passion to do the very best even if the job takes a turn for the worse we don't back down until we finish the job to the best of our abilities. In today's flaky drive by night working class you can never be sure somone won't walk out on you and not come back. Well, we give all of our clients a folder containing our insurance in case of any damage or incomplete work. This gives them greater trust and power that the job will get done regardless of the situation and that I haven't seen anyone do yet.
