Conduct monthly sales meetings for tracking numbers and implementing sales plans. Cut back on costs for inventory by meeting with wholesalers in person as opposed to paying high shipping fees. Collab with other businesses that are in the fashion/retail industry. Attend and host networking events. Be open to constructive criticism from customers and marketing team. Establish a rewards program, providing loyalty points. After the course of working with vendors/wholesalers for resale of product, the goal is to design a line specifically in the business name. Hiring a designer to create and develop a line. They would be investing in a dream. The shoe store/fashion industry is an extremely lucrative business if handled properly. With the right team, mindset, goals, and time put into my business, this will one day become a brick and mortar while still providing professional services. This industry is a billion-dollar industry trending in the direction to be hitting the trillions within the next 7-10 years.
