The business plan focuses on growth through delegation by hiring marketing and promotion staff to boost sales. This includes staying updated on Fashion trends, holding monthly sales meetings for performance tracking, and reducing inventory costs by meeting wholesalers directly. Collaborations with other fashion businesses and hosting networking events are also part of the strategy. Additionally, Nicely Arched intends to establish a customer rewards program to enhance loyalty.
The request for funding emphasizes the potential for significant return on investment in the thriving shoe and fashion industry, which is projected to grow substantially in the coming years. Nicely Arched aims to transition into a brick-and-mortar location while continuing online operations.
In terms of competition, they face brands such as Misslola.com and Shein.com. Their competitive edge lies in offering local customers the convenience of choosing pickup locations, which will also be available at a future physical store.

Business Plan
The plan on growing my business efficiently will be based on delegation. Hire individuals to promote and market business to drive sales. Follow the trends and designs for the targeted market. Conduct monthly sales meetings for tracking numbers and implementing sales plans. Cut back on costs for inventory by meeting with wholesalers in person as opposed to paying high shipping fees. Collab with other businesses that are in the fashion/retail industry. Attend and host networking events. Be open to constructive criticism from customers and marketing team. Establish a rewards program, providing loyalty points. After the course of working with vendors/wholesalers for resale of product, the goal is to design a line specifically in the business name. Hiring a designer to create and develop a line. They would be investing in a dream. The shoe store/fashion industry is an extremely lucrative business if handled properly. With the right team, mindset, goals, and time put into my business, this will one day become a brick and mortar while still providing professional services. This industry is a billion-dollar industry trending in the direction to be hitting the trillions within the next 7-10 years.
