Funding Usage
I will use this funding to purchase business cards and create a website where customers can order directly through Jenasis Delivery. I would also like to use the grant for catering bags, decals, and additional marketing supplies such as logo development.

Business Plan
The 5 year plan for Jenasis Delivery is to become a Delivery service where customers can order from my website and set up delivery all in one place. We currently deliver food, flowers, groceries, department store purchase, and do large order catering. I would like to expand this to Marijuana and alcohol deliveries as well and hire additional drivers. I also have a vision to expand this to a nonprofit and provide deliveries to the families of children with special needs all throughout Colorado. I would like to employee several people in the next 5 years and expand this business to residential cleaning services. This business is in honor of my 11 year old daughter who passed away last year I have approximately 7000 deliveries completed so far. I have the ability to be all in with the business. This is all I do. Colorado is a huge market for Delivery consumers and customers want to know that their Delivery will make it to them safely and timely. Jenasis Delivery can do that. We will require our drivers to apply for positions in person. Unlike, major platforms such a Doordash, Jenasis Delivery will give customers a peace of mind in knowing that the person delivering their product is screened and held responsible for cleanliness, timeliness, and respect for the product being transported.

Self Identified Competition
My top competitors will be other Delivery platforms such as Doordash, Grub Hub, and Instacart. Unlike, these competitors customers will be able to see who their driver is and have the ability to request a particular driver. These platforms do not do that. Unlike Doordash, our customers will have peace of mind knowing that their Delivery is being delivered by someone who must clock in and out. This assures customers that the person bringing you food is well groomed and is transporting in a car that is clean and sanitized. Local Coloradans have requested this. I have personally polled some of my customers and the main concern of current Doordash customers are outlined in this statement. They want to be sure that their driver is well groomed, they would like to be able to request specific drivers, and know that their order is safe and on the way. Unlike Doordash, my company will provide customers the ability to request a specific driver they would like to work with. Potential employees will be personally screened unlike Doordash and Grubhub where the only requirement is soft background check and license. My employees will be required to check in daily and will not be independent contractors but will be employees of Jenasis Delivery.
