    We want to expand the gym space from the current 1,500 sq ft personal training studio to a full fledge gym that provides personal training but also open gym memberships. We want to provide a holistic based approach to health by having resources available from motivational speakers, nutritional seminars, group classes, chiropractic services, cold plunges, yoga classes, and meal prep services. The goal is to create a one-stop shop for the masses. We are currently located in Bryan,Tx , but seek to expand the business model across the country. The funding will be used to pay for any build out expenses(5-10k), move in expenses(10-15k), equipment ( 2 new dumbbell sets/racks, approximately 100 more rubber mats, 20 ft of mirrors; roughly 10k), flags, wall art work to add to the environment (roughly 5k), sign (1-2K) and to hire employees.     Through providing exceptional customer service to retain and grow clientele, expanding our online marketing to target consumers to continuously add or regain members, as well as well as meeting sales projections for personal training and gym memberships. By giving real results and providing resources for people to continuously improve their health and those around them, we can expand our business to a franchise to allow access to the same local service we provide in, across the country. The business has several streams of income that will further the businesses’ ability to provide more resources for people thus growing the business to a multi-operational business. We are trying to save lives by providing people with valuable education/information on how to empower themselves to make health-conscious decisions. In 2017 41% of U.S. adults were classified as obese; those with college degrees having a lower obesity rate. (CDC) When you consider this statistic, it makes sense why having a proper education goes hand-in-hand with better decision-making skills. Obesity related diseases include heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. These diseases are considered “lifestyle diseases”, meaning through applying our method of improving your mindset, making conscious nutrition choices, exercising your body, and focusing on creating healthy lifestyle habits; these diseases can be prevented and even reversed. The estimated annual medical cost in 2019 was 173 billion dollars, with a difference of $1,861 between healthy and overweight people. This means that due to illness, hospital and pharmacy visits, people are losing time and money; thus lowering productivity and efficiency. Some day to day problems with being obese include fatigue, body pains, insomnia, and brain fog; all of which are impacting adult profession performance. With only 22% of adults getting enough exercise, our mission is to bridge the gap between these and the 78% with inefficient exercise to create a more health-conscious community. Some of the main reasons people shy away from a gym is culture and environment. We want to change the way people feel when they step foot into their gym. This starts with us providing a culture focused on creating an environment that welcomes and uplifts all while being helpful to our members. Along with building practical habits, we will help individuals with body fat loss; and improve things like work performance, sleep, energy levels, and pain relief. By providing the relevant machinery and equipment as well as one-on-one instructors for personal attention and guidance, our members are able to obtain an effective and suitable workout; regardless of age, experience, and limitations. Around 25% of residents in Texas have a gym membership and only about 50% of those go to the gym at least 2 times a week. To put this in perspective, only 12.5% of people in Texas are getting the minimum amount of weekly exercise. This, combined with the staggering increase in health care due to health issues, is the reason health clubs around the U.S. are so necessary in today’s unhealthy culture. There are approximately 32,269 health clubs in the U.S. and from 2008 to 2019 there has been a steady increase. The fitness center and health club is a multi-billion dollar industry. We want to change the name of the game from business longevity to human longevity. This starts and ends with staying true to why we started M.N.T.L. Fitness; to unite the mind, body, and soul.

We want to invite the community to be a part of a fitness club that understands the needs of its members. This means getting relevant equipment, customizing the gym floor to accommodate specific training needs, focusing on a positive, uplifting atmosphere, and having educated experienced professionals on stand by. In addition, to make workouts more efficient for our members, each machine will include a QR code to scan that will lead them to a video demonstrating how to use the equipment. We offer one on one personal training, where we have a goal of improving quality of life. This means emphasizing the clients cardiovascular improvement as much as their strength improvement. We understand each individual plays a crucial part in society. We are a vast network that is connected and dependent on one another. With this being said our objective is improving individuals capability both mentally and physically. We do this by mentally fortifying the client’s physicality; meaning: we teach and train their mental capability, and help allocate and focus the client’s attention to produce sustainable habits. This leads to increased profession, productivity, and satisfaction. Our dedicated team of personal trainers focus on providing a journey of self-discovery. Clients are provided with workout plans and one-on-one sessions where form, technique, and habits are broken down and explained for better understanding. In addition, to better track client progression and better understand their needs, InBody scans will be available as well as VO2 masks. By experience of progression, clients are able to positively transfer new characteristics to daily life. Whether the goal is to gain confidence, weight loss, muscle gain, or address a health related disease, our personal training programs are engineered for success.
