My goal is to purchase equipment to produce more signs efficiently and cost effect I would use the grant money to purchase a plotter, engraver a shear. These would not only help me build my business faster it could improve efficiency and safety!

  • Business Plan

With grant money I could purchase better and up to date equipment, I plan on doing more advertising and marketing. My goal is to have a website and a store front location. The goal is to offer high quality products at affordable pricing. I believe I am a good candidate for grant money because growing up as an underdog I know what it takes to want something and have to work for it. I am a dedicated father and business owner who is struggling to make a successful business in a very small and rural community. Being of Mexican decent and growing up on the wrong side of the tracks has taught me a lot about life. I want to leave a legacy for my children and put a stamp on my community. My goal is to be able to give back to our small town, make my business not only a success but an example of making your dream a goal. It would be an honor to inspire the youth and give back, while making a business one day my sons could run. This is the only sign shop in the area and with the financial help I know I can succeed.

  • Self Identified Competition

I am the only sign shop in Bayfield Co. 20 miles away from me in Durango Colorado there is a Fast Signs. I am different from all others because I am the only one that is running my business (so far.) I do everything from start to finish. Design, create, innovate, build and make. I pride myself with creativity and one of a kind products. I take pride in everything I do and everything that goes out of my shop I take pride in. I would like to expand and create opportunities for employees and possibly go into the public school districts and teach classes and inspire creativity!
