Business Plan
I am currently working on building up my website, building my client base through teaching classes in other spaces, and holding more private sessions. I have been signing up for and sitting at vendor events and tables to get my name out there and build relationships with similar business owners in the industry. I believe anyone would be excited to assist me in growing my business because i have proven record of success. Hekima Coaching and Consulting was birthed out of the need to have more people on the ground floor assisting those who are getting into the cannabis industry legally. My husband and i were able to become licensed, open a grow facility and assist others in doing the same all by ourselves. We couldnt afford to hire fancy lawyers and consultants so we did the research on our own and it worked! I am taking the same steps with Hekima on working hard, researching and networking to grow my reach. Hekima Coaching and Consulting has the potential to reach and help many people stabilize their mental health, improve self esteem, and learn business literacy, learn financial literacy and build families up to make their lives a little better.

Self Identified Competition
At this time there is only one wellness center in kalamazoo michigan and it does not service the entire community. I have heard many community members say that they do not feel welcome there or see themselves being able to relax there. I would like to create a safe space for those who do not see themselves in the employees who work for the current wellness center that we have. Other competition would come from online services which Hekima plans to have once we are able to find funding to build it all up. There are therapists on the Hekima team and we will be equipped to work with folks with mental health issues. Hekima Coaching an Consulting has a very diverse staff including all ages, races, cultures, genders and skills. We are different from other similar wellness businesses because we have wisdom from so many different areas to share. When you work with a coach from Hekima, you will feel comfortable to share whats on your heart with no judgement. The coaches at Hekima want to see you succeed and we want to help your business grow and you will feel that once you have worked with us. Hekima also has a proven record of success and we have many clients who can attest to that.
