Funding Usage
These funds would be used for product development to include researching and tooling to design a jig to correctly assemble our new steel product being introduced. Hiring a labor force to run the machines and construct our new product will also be needed. The last part of the funding will be used for capital purchases including equipment such as a plasma cutting table.

We plan to grow our business by increasing the amount of products including offering a new economical hydraulic hay lifting equipment. We also want to reach out to more locations and customers to offer all our products including the bale beds, flat beds, and dirt scrapers especially out of state areas. The diversification of our products opens us up to more than just agriculture. Construction companies, waste management, landscapers, and municipalities will be approached to buy our products for their business needs. Our product is unique to other similar products in that it uses a dump feature to move the hay and or other aggregate used in heavy lifting or feeding of cattle.

Self Identified Competition
Our top 3 competitors are Deweeze, Hydrabed, and Butler. Each bale bed that is made by them has their own features but many similarities. We are the only one that can dump so we are obsolete in the bale bed business. We custom make many of our beds including 9 sizes available to change any pick up truck 3/4 and up to a bale bed. Like I stated in the above paragraph. We offer 9 sizes for farmers and ranchers to fit their trucks with a bale bed. This goes for the flat beds for landscapers, construction workers, and municipalities. They possibilities of fitting their truck with our equipment keeps the cost of having to buy a new truck and work with a correct size to fit it. We are custom built to the trucks and we can make the equipment dump safely. That is our niche.
