Business Plan
Big Financial of Florida plans on growing by 25%-30% per year over the next few years. This will be done by using the educational workshops and demographic marketing into targeted areas of the Tampa Bay Area. Then adding dinner meetings to reach a broader market and customer base. Additional personnel will be needed, including licensed and non-licensed staff. The amount asked for is not a multi-year sustaining fund, but a kick starter to begin a program that should be self sustaining. This program is a copy of programs that are being used by many successful agencies across the country. With some funding and the sources of direction from my Field Marketing Organizations I have no doubt in my growth and progress.

Self Identified Competition
In the financial industry, there are competitors, but in reality it takes many agencies to perform the services needed to take care of the financial needs of the community. My customers like my straight forward and honest approach to their needs. I believe that doing what’s best for the client, first and foremost will assure my success. I never approach a clients needs as to how it will benefit Big State Financial, we were not the the ones who saved a lifetime to accumulate the savings they are entrusting to us. Sad to say, not all agencies approach the process this way.
