My retail sales profits over 6k a month. My advantage in the real estate business is me knowing how to fix on the properties myself and I know the right general contractors and affordable labor.

In the real estate business, I don’t know. Its alot of real investors. In the electronics field. All my competitors prices are higher than mine. I dont have much competition. In the real estate, I spend less in property rehabilitation because I can do alot of the work. In electronic sales, I invest alot at once for a cheaper price so I can sell my products cheaper than my competitors.
