    I currently operate my small business from home. I am looking into expanding, i have spend my savings on marketing and i need to open an office, create positions to hire new employees, cover the day to day cost as i work towards marketing, purchase furniture, new computers, copy machines. I serve my community in helping them with day to day items they cannot understand as i serve a community who do not speak or read English. They come to me for a lot of help, I am outgrowing my living room and bedroom. But ran out of my savings, Looking to hire about six new employees, plus a marketing firm, an IT firm and a legal firm to help me stay up to par with all compliances of the business.

    I have projected, when i open my office to gain a total of 7000 new clients which should gross about $1,000,000.00 to $1,050,000.00 or even more in revenue. I have purposely not grown and turn away clients because i cannot handle the volume ... Every year in the last six years, i am gaining about 100 new clients, but as i mentioned, i am outsourcing since i have no employees. I will open an office, purchase inventory, expand and invest in marketing, in IT and develop my product of services, which is excellent customer service. Going above and beyond. My motto is, "Nobody is left behind." I gain clientele because i take the time to listen to them, and I educate at the same time of their financial planning and explain tax information on federal and state level. Any client of mine knows to call or text me any time of the day or night and I will respond. This customer service i enjoy offering, is what brings clientele to me. I offer sincere and heartfelt customer service. This is what keeps them returning and word of mouth is rewarding. I follow thru with all the commitments with my clients and show great deal of respect. I also need advice myself from investors on moving to the next level of growth. In five years, I project to reach over 7000 clients. I have about 1000 at this moment because i purposely have not grown due to not being able to deliver ... i need the money to grow.
