CMD Legacy, Inc. is consultant to "Coastal Jumpers" which is currently a "delivery" service of inflatable bounce houses and party concessions. CMD Legacy is working on behalf of Coastal Jumpers to obtain the funding necessary to build a suitable "year around" Indoor Family Fun Center ("IFFF"). The IFFF will be open daily - 360 days per year only closing 2 days at Christmas, 2 days at Thanksgiving and New Year's Day. The IFFF will not only be available for "walk-in" traffic, but for private reservations for birthday parties, family reunions, etc. Through strategic marketing, social media, networking, and hosting events at certain locations, Coastal Jumpers expects the demand for their products and services to increase exponentially in a market where no competition exists within a 75-mile radius of Coastal Jumpers' current base in the City of Florence. The President of CMD Legacy, Inc., Joni Mrozinski, is a Professional Clerical individual highly skilled in office procedure including specialized fields such as legal and accounting fields having over 40 years of experience in working as a Legal Assistant / Office Manager / Billing and Accounting Administrator, and Bookkeeper. In addition to strong professional skills, the President has nearly 90 units of straight A's from various educational institutions. Joni is the mother of the Owner of a very successful business known as FIVE STAR SOLAR in Sacramento, California. Over the past seven (7) years, Joni has worked as Five Star Solar's Office Manager / Bookkeeper. Five Star Solar has grown in the past 7 years from a company earning less than $400k per year to now grossing over $7mil in 2022. Joni, in her duties for Five Star Solar, has processing documentation to obtain financing from the SBA for the Covid relief -- two (2) PPL loans and one (1) Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) for $150k. Additionally, Joni helped secure a line of credit with Chase Bank for $100k. Joni is an extremely responsible person who is driven to make her community a better place to live ... by funding, building, maintaining and growing a "year around" Indoor Family Fun Facility ("IFFF") for children ages 3-16. Once Joni takes the ball and runs with it, she generally always makes a Touchdown!! :)

There are only three (3) competitors who show up on "Google" if you type in a search for Indoor Bounce House Facility(ies) near Florence, Oregon: (1) S&K Wacky Indoor Bounce, 80 miles away in Corvalis with a google rating of 4.4 out of 171 reviews. Some comments in their reviews state: "...Not for my preteen aged kids at all. All the bounce houses were to [sic] tiny and not much for their size or age group" (9 months ago); (2) Get Air Trampoline Park, over 50 miles away in Eugene with a google rating of 4.7 out of 935 reviews. One of their reviews state: "Not as many things to do as other similar indoor trampoline parks"; and (3) Tiny Tots Indoor Playground, over 50 miles away in Eugene, catering only to ages under 8. We are different from our competitors in that we offer inflatable bounce houses to jump in rather than open faced trampolines. There is no "delivery" inflatable bounce house, concessions and party rental companies similar to Coastl Jumpers within at least 80-100 miles. The Bounce Houses are themed and invoke excitement from all age groups. There are large waterslides for older children and smaller options for younger children.
