We have a VERY high margin business model with the capacity to build a national brand rapidly, using and independent contractor model. I have industry-leading insights into the industry along with a more current go-to-market approach than any of the major players. We should grow quickly.

Self Identified Competition
Transworld, Sunbelt, and Murphy are the top 3 national franchise brands. Though we will not operate a franchise model, these companies will be some of the major offices in each market. They ALL run a relatively outdated business brokerage model, and their training program is inadequate to see high success rates with their agents. They all charge significant fees just to be part of the system. We will not charge significant entry fees. We will only have a 10% success fee based on the results they generate. Excellent training program, Contractor-friendly results-oriented fees structure, more flexible model for going to market, including the ability to touch M&A markets rather than just Main Street markets.
