Business Plan
In the next 5 years, my plan is to quadruple my current sales revenue, hire at least 2-5 employees and find a permanent kitchen for my business. I plan to do this through target marketing and through new business partnerships with larger local businesses. My business has been my dream since I was a child. For the past 18 years, I have worked hard gathering ideas and knowledge to be able to successfully run my business. I have worked with several business professionals to get on the right path for my goals and I'm confident that I will not only achieve my growth goals but surpass them. My dream is to grow in my community; provide a few jobs and bring life into my small town. My business is worth the investment because ice spent 18 years building it up from an idea to a successful business. I just need an extra financial push to help pay off my start up costs and to help me purchase custom branded packaging and upgrade my equipment.

Self Identified Competition
My top 3 competitors are Pulokos, Stefanelli's and Romolos. These are three Erie county (PA) based chocolate companies. While each of us makes similar products, my packaging helps my products stand out as well as the fact that I'm a one person, woman-owned business. Being a one person business, I'm able to work directly with customers to design custom products for their needs. This means I can customize their order, work with them to create new flavors and truly make a personal connection, something that is not likely in a larger business with many more employees.
