Business Plan
After having some establishment in the business, I plan on hiring an office manager to take care of daily office duties to offload from me so I can concentrate on bringing in the cash flow. With my name out there and with the marketing channels I'm put in place, there will be enough business for me to hire at least one to two more loan brokers. First and foremost, I speak 3 other languages other than English. I can tap into those markets. Also with being a minority, other minorities will be able to gravitate easier to do business with me. Lastly, I have been through the wringer with medical ailments, yet I refuse to let them keep me down. I can choose the easy route and say that am disabled so that's the end of me. No, that's not the case, I am still trying until my last breathe to earn an honest living.
