We are currently engaged in contract talks with 2 business professionals. In contact with the chamber of commerce and working directly in the field of reentry. I am justice impacted and have lived experience in reentry. Both Edward and I are attempting to help increase the States workforce with the justice impacted population. We have a training module to help employers with communication barriers who hire justice impacted individuals.

There is not any competition except Caring works, but no organization actually has individuals with lived experience. We have individuals with lived experience who are working directly with employers and building the training module.
