    Over the next five years two of the three sectors that we have a hold will increase. Houses for sale, and rental complexes. As we are witnessing many hotels are being transformed into rental units, I see our market naturally increasing. Although the covid-19 pandemic has proven that the commercial / retail sector can be greatly downsized, our diverse strategy would insure that we increase our probabilities in the sectors that will increase in the next five years. With controlled growth, we can grow with the market. So our local city has currently over 25 apartment complexes we currently service 2 of them. Out of the thousands of realtors in our area we have an outstanding working relationship with five. At bare minimum if we stayed the course we could double our footprint every year. As we are able to bid and market to other clients with security that i have the assets to obtain employees. As of now i only market or take on jobs that i can complete myself. As we increase our presence locally by networking and marketing we can increase our exposure. Once we render our services our retention rate is extremely high, due to our client first precept. Our motto is "Quality you love, from people who care". We believe in doing the right thing because its the right thing. I truly believe that the sky is the limit for Turnkey Turnovers LLC. Turnkey Turnover LLC is a company that is built upon morals and integrity. Regardless of opinion the clients is right, with this mindset we aim to please and please to serve. From an investment standpoint at our worse we are turning profits. No debt, no bank loans. Work vehicles is a ford transit 2013 paid in full. All our carpet extractors and Crb machines, janitorial supplies, vacuums all paid in full. As it stands we are in our infancy as a Turnover company our evaluation will increase year after year as we grow our foot print in our local market then expand strategically. We are insured and licensed to serve our tri-state region of Maryland dc, and Virginia. With thousands of properties and and expanding rental market the demand for one stop shop cleaning services will be on the incline. Since we structured our business to have minimal debt expansion is still profitable after the cost of expanding. So currently if i clean a 1 br apartment carpet and turnover clean, I am paid $260. So two complete turns a day would gross $510 a day. Now if i were to have the funding to pay someone to perform these services it cuts my take home profit to about 40%. But the increase in volume would be an increase in our profits. There will also, be room for exponential growth when in approximately 2 years we obtain or general contractors license and we become truly a one stop shop for all turnover needs. This strategic move will increase our business evaluation tremendously. So the addition of services like patch/paint and reglazing tubs and countertops would increase the profit per unit from $104 a unit (after expenses) to $500 (after expenses) $450 patch/paint- $600 reglaze, $260 clean/carpet =$1300 total. Now granted these are simply examples and every turnover doesn't get reglazed etc. but it shows that the billed amount per unit can exponetially increase once more services are added.
