Funding Usage
With the funding we plan to do the following: Sign a lease for a storefront location and pay the rent up for the remainder of the year. Additionally we will need to purchase an industrial oven that will likely require a hooded ventilation system or down draft vent to the outside. We would allocate the remaining funds towards purchasing additional equipment and supplies as well as marketing, advertisements, and signage along with the rest to be used as a nest egg for unforeseen expenses.

Business Plan
Through the next five years, I plan to hit the ground running in order to expand my reach. We will do that by attending as many events as possible things like bridal shows, local farmers markets as well as anything in the upstate and surrounding areas that have vendor opportunities. By making sure that each interaction with potential customers is seamless I hope to increase my followings and foster meaningful relationships that will generate more business. For online sales, I plan to create content on platforms such as youtube that drive potential customers to our sites on both Etsy and the Web. (Example) Our product is custom french macarons. To drive people to our site I will create a video on how to make vanilla macarons. At the end of the video I will say " If your macarons didn't turn out as expected or you just want to taste ours click the link below" the link below will drive the viewers to our website. As the views of the video increase so will our website reach to potential customers. Our Company, Delightfully Addictive Macarons, should be awarded funding because we realize the fundamentals of good business and want to provide a meaningful service to our customers. We value interpersonal relationships with other small business owners and feel that our products provide a unique edge to the community that is hip and delicious. As the upstate continues to grow and change we feel that our products can too! Sometimes its the little things!!! and our Delightfully Addictive Macarons are just that, a little thing that can bring a moment of joy to so many people.

General Grocery Store Bakeries - Publix and Whole Foods (No where as good as ours) Other Online Macaron Sellers - Such as Macaron Centrale Big Bulk distributors- such as Sams that sell in the frozen food isle ( Not good either) We are different from our competitors because we put and American twist on a classic french treat. We boast famous American flavors such as red velvet, Maple bacon, cinnamon roll, cookie butter and cookies and cream just to name a few.
