They also tend to have irregular scheduling and multiple employees servicing one client that creates a different outcome each scheduled cleaning appointment. 2) Sole-proprietors or independent contractors rely on themselves. They are more likely to become restricted in their scheduling and are easily burned out when they have overcompensated their clientele. Maddy’s Maids is in ‘the sweet spot’ as people say.
