Funding Usage
We plan to use the fundings proceeds to hire skilled Experienced , Carpenters & Masons as well as a book keeper/ secretary. This will allows us to better branch off and grow with our multiple types of services That we provide. In addition to that we will require additional work trucks for my employees to get back and forth from the shop to the job site. Additional tools / equipment will be required at each job site. We need to grow our fleet of snow plows for our snow plowing services during winter storms. Expanding the work shop will provide us the extra room we need to work on indoor projects, vehicle / equipment maintenance / repairs & customer projects. With this I will be able to go out and view more projects create more estimates & attend more work meetings. Doing so I expect we would be able to double the amount of customers coming in. Thank you,

Business Plan
In 5 years time I would like the company to run almost by itself. Right now I take on on a lot of the work. Which Is why we really could use use more experienced construction workers. And also someone to handle paperwork. This will allow me to leave the job site Im at and go view projects & send estimates. Attend more meetings. I would like to be taking on More year round contracts. Construction And steady maintenance projects. As of right now our income is based on a job to job basis. We take a lot of pride in our work and What we do. Attention to detail plays a huge role when it comes to your work. It's not always about how fast the job gets done. It's the end result that matters. You'll be more likely to be hired for the next job Our main goal is to make sure each customer is happy and have it be a pleasant experience for them. We keep communication lines going and allow them to be more involved and invested through out the project. This is my lively hood and we plan to keep progressing, & expanding Thank you,

Self Identified Competition
As far as competitors I would say larger company's like larlham & Grand scapes. They have a large variety of services And do multiple jobs at once. Snow plowing, some construction & masonry. Essentially we do this as well just in a smaller version. They also take on landscaping, they do firewood, gravel, mulch. Flowers. I would like too continue to grow and to be able to supply some additional services myself. Thank you, We're different from our competitors Because we actually take the time to talk and relate with our customers. We're there to work, But to also listen and communicate.
