Funding Usage
I’d like at least that much to get started! I’d use it to buy a lift and tire machine and motor mount and put a ramp into the door and to cover rent and what not at least up to a year so I can have the expense out of the way.

Business Plan
I’d like to add welding needs and eventually hire a person to help give me free time as I’m married with 5 kids and we like to go hunting and camping and fishing and what ever we can do together to spend time! I am currently working for a shop in cedar that I was promised to be a partner in and they decided to cut me out even though they don’t do the work. They are taking the revenue I’m bringing in and using it to bail out their farm business. I only make $28.50 an hour compared to the shop rate of $80 an hour and they charge a 45% increase on parts. I can’t even order the parts I need for customer vehicles. I’ve had customers tell me that if I get my own shop, they’d still bring me their business. I have a place and the grit to do it I just don’t have the funds to get started!

Self Identified Competition
There’s a small tire shop in the town that doesn’t offer the mechanic stuff I can do for people. There’s a semi truck mechanic shop 30 min away and I get customers already coming from there un-pleased with their service they get. There’s also a shop 15 miles away that people have been leaving and also bringing me their business! There’s a lot of potential to succeed! I just need a little help in the process to make this my absolute dream! I am honest. I tell people what’s really wrong with their cars, I don’t try to charge them more than what’s fair. I’m not trying to get rich I’m trying to make a future for my family with using my hands and know how with what I’ve learned over the years. I also did 12 years in the reserves and learned and gave a lot there.
