There is a huge demand for vegan baked goods in all cities, especially Nashville. I’ve quickly outgrown my kitchen and that is why I’m needing to open up the store front. Word of mouth is a huge promoter in this business and I’ve had nothing but positive feedback. I plan on expanding to more locations/cities within the next 10 years. This is an ever growing business and there’s no sign of slowing down. There is such a huge demand for great quality and tasting vegan desserts.

My top 3 competitors in the area are Graze, Sunflower Cafe and the feralpastrychef I am a vegan pastry chef with over a decade of experience in the industry, while my items are vegan they are not gluten free. My competitors all only do vegan gluten free baking and while many people do like having the option of gluten free items not everybody needs it and the quality of the item suffers. My items are delicious and afford, as well as my cakes being fully customizable their products available are all either only cupcakes or very basic cakes.
