I am currently attending a program called Cleaning Business Fundamentals. I am implementing their expert training to my company to grow it into a million dollar business. their proven methods have helped cleaning companies all over the country become million dollar companies. I started the program in July and in the first 60 days I have doubled my revenue during a pandemic. each employee averages triple the required min wage and love their job. I believe with happy employees will come happy clients. I have been in business for over 14 years. I have a necessary knowledge to turn my company into a multimillion dollar business, at the same time participate in local charities and programs such as Cleaning for A Reason, witch is a nonprofit organization where we offer free residential cleanings to patience going through different stages of cancer. I have donated over 100 cleans just this year alone and hope to continue to do more as I grow my business. I started off as a solo cleaner 15 years ago as a single mother of two babies. I worked hard every day as I continue to get more and more clients. I hired my first helper 3 years into it and never looked back. Before the pandemic I had over 80 clients and 4 employees. Due to the pandemic I have dropped down to 26 clients and lost all my employees. I started a program in July to help me save my business and it has made such a huge difference in my company. In the first 60 days I have raised prices, hired 3 new employees, and gain over 15 new reoccurring clients. I am very confident I can and will continue to grow.

Molly Maids, Royal Maids, Maid to Clean I am a locally owned small business and look out for my employees. My employees average 17-19$ a hour and are extremely happy to work. Most cleaners working for other companies average 10-13$ a hour. My staff takes great pride in what they do which creates little to no complaints from clients. All employees are certified professional cleaners and are certified in COVID and infection disease prevention. No other cleaning company in my area can say this. I offer standard cleaning products as well as a green cleaning option. No other company offers both. And we wear personal protective gear in each home as suggested by CDC for the safety of or staff and our clients. We also sanitize all the equipment after each job. We are also a member of Cleaning for a Reason non-profit group where we happily provide free cleanings to people in various stages of cancer treatments. As long as I can continue in this business, I will continue to find different ways to give back to my community.
