Funding Usage
wanting to purchase more shop equipment to expand what we can do. Wanting to purchase some machining equipment, miscellaneous other shop tools and equipment to allow for expansion and efficiency having the proper equipment. Also want to purchase a engine and chassis dyno for performance tuning capabilities. Currently have all electric inground heat in my shop and its very inefficient cost wise, I want to add in a supplemental heat source such as a propane radiant heat system and possibly a small air conditioning unit. Would also like to purchase a skid steer loader to maintain the drive and parking from snow in the winter and to unload truck shipments that will be arriving after my online store is finished.

over the next five years, i plan to expand our current in house services to an all in one repair and speed shop. Be able to do more custom fabrication, inhouse engine machining and building once the remaining proper equipment are purchased. Operate cheaper and more efficiently. This can be done since me and my co-owner still have our current full time jobs offering $125,000 year for me and $80,000 for my co-owner keeps us afloat and able to not borrow any money as we build and expand this new business. Very knowledgeable and known locally for our services we provide. Will currently be the only Performance parts and accessories dealer in the Sioux City area, means i can attract a lot of customer base and being a small company i have found customers like because each customer gets to know me and they get treated as a friend enthusiast not a dollar sign customer.

top competitors would be big corporations such as Jegs and Summit racing parts. due to them being so big they are higher priced on all items and very often have upset customers due to inventory mix ups and poor customer service. These corporations see customers as a payday and can turn there back if your unhappy. Me being smaller and a true enthusiast i can eliminate the big company problems, work with customers more on pricing due to lower overhead and bring back repeat customers who not only buy parts from me but also have me install them as well. Making acquaintances from meeting customers, traveling to many races and interacting with racers and enthusiasts. We already have a strong customer base on the inhouse work we do already and plan on expanding that customer base with our new online parts store by being the only one around in the Sioux City Area along with expanding the work we can do in house as far as machining, fabrication and tuning via Dyno. Many places out source all that work costing the customer time and money.
