    At Humble Hercules Investments, LLC, we want to work with good-hearted people who want to build their wealth through the many opportunities real estate can offer. I want to personally sit down and get to know each person we work with, to ensure our company is a good fit for them. I take pride in my company and our work in the community, and want Humble Hercules Investments to be the leader the world needs. Allowing only the purest of hearts to work with us will solidify that vision remains constant. Helping these young entrepreneurs along the way will allow them to access financial education they might never have had otherwise. They will be able to see past an obstacle and learn from each hardship along the way. We will be there to support all of our family, but also want them to fail on their own at times in order to grow. When these moments of growth arise, we will step in to assist as needed to ensure our plans stay on track. All decisions will be overseen by experienced supervisors to ensure we protect our assets. Our goal is to own 100 doors in Oklahoma City’s Downtown District, focusing on single-family residences with our family, in order to fund large apartment complexes investments. We will oversee and provide their training, allowing them to make offers on properties after approval. They will receive 10% commission on their first 4 deals, and additionally, ownership options on their 5th deal. Properties and the rehab will be purchased with the cash invested, then we will refinance into a 30-year mortgage after 12 months. All properties will be held and rented out, creating long term wealth through appreciation and annual cash-flow. Each property must pass the 1% rule, meaning the rent we will receive is at least 1% of the purchase price. We set aside funds for property management, capital expenditures and vacancy so we are never caught off-guard.

Adding on team members regularly will funnel the deals to our company and allow for massive growth over the next five years. I am a kind-hearted, responsible, sincere person who wants to help others succeed with me. My motorcycle accident opened my eyes and made me realize life is not to be taken for granted. Every second above ground is a gift for me, because I could've been taken from this world that day. I want to make the most out of life, and I learn and grow every day.     My top three competitors would be other investors in the Oklahoma City area, real estate agents trying to acquire property on behalf of their investors, and ourselves. As long as we don't get in the way of ourselves, we will strive and we will succeed. I truly believe that most businesses out there are only chasing the all mighty dollar, and forgetting all the people left broke at the bottom. My goal is to spread the companies wealth as much as possible, allowing someone at the bottom the same opportunities as those at the top. It will take hard work, but it will be worth it in the long run.
