Funding Usage
We would love an actual store front where we have women come and feel amazing about themselves. Living in the south, there area lot of women that are curvy and don't feel like they have places to go. We live in a small town that only caters small-large. We don't even have anywhere in our mall to shop locally to get an outfit that goes above a size 12/14. If we won the grant, we would definitely find a store front and pay rent. We would love to cut back to part time at our jobs and actually be able to split the work of a store front and pay ourselves, while keeping afloat on our personal bills. We were paying $650 for a room at our place that we got evicted from and we can't afford much more than that right now. Unfortunately, with the way everything is right now, we can't afford anything bigger or on our own. This grant would really be to empower women and body positivity. Everyone deserves a life to not be judged and to be themselves, no matter how small or how big they are!

Business Plan
Within the next 5 years we would love to have a store front where both owners can make a living off of and work full time at our store! We would love a second location in the far far future as well. We hope that we are able to have enough money to promote ourselves well and really put ourselves out there on all Internet platforms. We believe that investors should invest in us because when people feel good about themselves, they flourish in all aspects of life. I truly believe that when people are feeling discouraged about themselves, we don't preform nearly as well. In work, personal life, and relationships. We want to host parties of women empowerment and body positivity. We want women to feel like they can come have a private photoshoot with us and learn to love their body and who they really are. Society is so cruel these days and mental health matters!

Self Identified Competition
Our competitors are Amazon, Shein, etc. Places that you can find curvy clothing for a decent price! It is super hard to compete with places like Target a well. We are separated from the rest of our community because we are a women's apparel store that offers plus size clothing. Where we are, you cannot even go to the local mall and find something that fits size 14 and above. We really try to empower women to love themselves, despite their body. No matter how small or big you are, we want you to know that you matter and are loved! Feeling good in your own skin is key to mental health as well.
