Funding Usage
To purchase larger ice bin (currently have 350lb bin, searching for 900lb bin) and currently have 14 cubic foot freezer, need double that in storage space (28 cubic foot). Both items must be shipped from the mainland. In the very near future, we will also be shopping for a cooler van/truck for our outside vendors on the N. Shore.

Business Plan
Purchasing a cooled van/truck, signing additional vendor contracts with local destination venue planners and pitch for business on the West side of Oahu where there are no ice delivery warehouses. Eventually, renting warehouse space with walk in coolers and more employees. In my previous role in corporate America, I was a Sr. Executive focused on business growth in multi million dollar companies, successfully launching field teams, increasing revenue and have been asked to pitch business to some of the top thought leaders in America. During Covid, I found myself unemployed for the first time in my life and brainstormed ideas to "fill the gap". As a single mom without a business degree, I found this scary yet challenging and in the process saw the need for a local ice vendor for everyday household needs, parties, fisherman, Farmer's markets, etc.... and decided to throw myself into this business 110%, even signing up for continuing education at the age of 51! I have just formed my LLC (EIN tbd) and embracing the exponential growth!

Only 1 on Oahu: Hawaiian Ice Delivery service on demand, catering to a residential community for everyday needs and lower price point compared to local grocery stores, even big box stores!
