  • Business Plan

I would like to hire at least 5 to 10 people to expand on this business and to provide them benefits. To expand on the quality services that I provide with trustworthy, ethical people who can pass a background check. I am committed to ensuring that every client receives the absolute best service that can be provided to meet their needs. I understand what it is trying to provide work and family balance. I was a single parent for many years, and I still plan and provide in this manner. I work physically hard to do my job. Finding committed workers are very hard to come by, they need good pay for their hard work incentives and medical coverage. I have found that clients want locally owned businesses to to take care of them. This keeps money in the state for all residents, instead of outside of Kentucky. I need some help and support to move forward and build upon this business I have started. I am also 51, older, crustier, and more tired, but I am a strong woman, and a hard worker.

  • Self Identified Competition

There are several cleaning services that are available for cleaning in Kentucky. I offer more reasonable rates, and I am thorough. I clean like I live there to help client's to have a better quality of life along with their work and life balance. My schedule can be flexible when client's need time or day changes to keep them going so they don't fall behind. I also travel quite a bit to provide cleaning services between 1 to 80 miles. I have a personalized understanding of meeting individual needs. I consider the lives of our military, the elderly, families working 2 and 3 jobs to provide for their children and need help to take some of the work off of them to spend time with their children. I take care of people that have cancer and are dying, people who have suffered injuries, people who are on a very tight, fixed income. My customers need more people, that will be reasonable with costs, trustworthy people who don't size them up and then overcharge just over burden them and take them for granted. There's plenty of work out there to be found. I need a team to cover more ground with the integrity of my clients given the highest priority.
