Business Plan
I am a photographer who services the Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi areas. My base photography packages start at $2,500 with half deposit up front. My goal is by January 2021 to Book 6 and photography 6 weddings a month which will bring my revenue to 15k/month. As I continue to book and photograph more weddings I will be able to create more content and advertise to larger markets which will allow me to grow my business by hiring staff to help me book more weddings and photograph more. By implementing this Book 6 Photograph 6 mentality it will give me a goal to shoot for and each year add 1.5 more bookings and photography jobs a month per year. By year 5 I should be able to book12 and photography 12 per month bringing in about 30k/month. That does not include price increases over time due to the purchase of better equipment to help me expand my services. I have a plan. I have been a photographer for 5 years. I have lived in Los Angeles, Monterey, Seattle and now Shreveport LA so I know what it is like to live in larger markets. I want to bring that big city mentality to the south where I currently live. I am a big fish in a small pond and am confident in my ability to be successful. I know what I want and how to get it. I also take my craft seriously as I am studying to gain my MFA in Photography from the Academy of Art university. I am driven, honest looking to make a splash so big it would put Sea world out of business.

Andy Roberts Photography Skillzplus Entertainment Ivy B Photography I go the extra mile to capture the moments for my clients. Most photographers like to use a flash on their camera body. I like to set up three cameras throughout the ceremony and reception to ensure that I am capturing beautiful photographs from every angel. Also, it is my customer service. With covid-19 still going on, I offer my couples zoom communication so that they can get a chance to get to know me as I do the same for them, We are able to create chemistry between us. I also act as a teacher. Not many people know much about wedding photography so I like to instruct my couples on what to expect, how to pose etx. Most importantly I find out what is most important to them on their big day, they will be bombarded by family friends, photographs that they won't get a chance to see what is going on outside of their bride and groom bubble. I act a s Alison for them and capture all those special moments.
