  • Funding Usage

    Currently our plan initially is to use it to find a store front, studio or building to cover the first few months of rent. We are looking to have a few months ready up front until we have everything set up. We want to use it for the initial cost of the equipment, some construction modifications(if necessary),we are wanting to use it for payouts as well for trainers that are planning on using our facility to train clients, we want to use it towards marketing for new prospect reach out and to get the word out, we are looking to put it towards bookkeeping, insurance for employees and overall business, affiliation with specific trainers, Churn Rates, in flows, utilities, licensing fees, painting, cleaning supplies, staff salaries, continuing education for employees and trainers, affiliation with meal prep companies, previous mentioned marketing services, equipment upkeep, gym management software, thyrv, business loans, food handling licensing for certain employees, toilet paper, soap(cleaning supplies), towels, covering for employee travel, food delivery service cost, cost of sending certain clients to "DEXA Fit"(Since we will be affiliated with them) to get body scans for BMI,Body Fat, Weight, Muscle Mass, Visceral Body fat and overall body stats, food cost for ingredients for smoothies for clients. Initially we are looking to only do personal training in the facility and membership cost will be much higher. We also want to put some of the grant towards an application specific to client users that will be personalized for them.

  • Business Plan

    In the next 5 years we plan to grow by maintaining and hiring the right people, its important that we take note of the people that are here to help us expand into the other aspects of what we are looking to do. We want to make sure that each person who works for Una Fit is taken care of on an emotional level as well as an intellectual level so putting time and care back into them is very important. We plan to focus our established market (while seeking new customers) Ideally we would want to focus our attention on customers we already have so that way we can create the close community we are looking to develop, client loyalty programs will be established, looking at the past marketing strategies that have worked and use those to our advantage. We also want to look more into growing our online presence and integrating some of the meta verse and VR within our facility to create a more fun environment and immersive environment for those who don't love working out. We also want to put some emphasis on data protection as well. We want to add more space and unique equipment to increase operations and the footprint of our business. We are very adaptable so being able to make changes necessary on the every changing field is important to us to being able to make a change at the snap of a finger is essential for us, not to get stuck in one way of doing things for too long. It will also allow us to expand our base of clientele as well. At some point we would like to add a smoothie bar that allows users to input their data and display different recipes on a LARGE screen giving them catered options that are suited for their body and caloric/dietary needs, same thing with recipes as well. This will add to the customer experience, along with the previous mentioned meta verse additions, anything that feels personalized tends to keep customers coming back and keeps people happier in the end regardless of the results that we obtained from the initial intention, although we want people to get results, this is something that we have noted. Asking for feedback from the customers is essential as well cause it allows us to provide a much better experience for them and us as well. We also would like to add a "Flow Arts" Section of the facility in which we can diversify the type of people that walk into our gym. This will include a much more free flowing area in which people can move their body in ways that are not conventional, although we will have a conventional weight lifting area as well. We would like to add some sort of outdoor training area as well for we believe that nature is EXTREMELY important for the individuals well being and if we can create an area in which people don't feel so disconnected by an iron jungle, we think it could create a stronger sense of well being no matter how old you are, what race you are or what background you come from. We want to create a nature, jungle design to make it feel like people are really out in nature when they are working out(in this section), and we will have an area in which there is a traditional training room for those who don't care either way. We also want to take as much of the revenue and put it back into the actual company itself, even when profits seem high, this will allows us to grow at a much faster rate. Going back to customers, its important that we provide the best customer support that we can have so, that will be a very big emphasis later down the line. We will strongly urge trainers employees to go to networking events to help grow their own individual business as well as the larger one at hand(Una fitness) and to help get the name out there and give people insight into how we are doing things and approaching fitness at large. At some point we would like to do a very large food drive and local events to raise awareness for certain issues in the world that need to be addressed such as food scarcity, trafficking and so on. One of the main reasons that they should look into investing into Una Fitness and me is because of the fact that we are aiming to create a much more personal environment that goes beyond a traditional gym by really getting to connect to the individual, not just having people sign up and go off to figure things out. We strive for a unified community of upliftment and encouragement. A place to share ideas, and knowledge. Walking into this facility you’ll immediately share a sense of camaraderie ,confidence, and creativity. It is our mission to embody a collaborative environment for our associates and consumers and with Una Fitness and the ideas we intend to grow upon we want to make this a reality. We believe that the tone we take with the clients we work with reflects the value we place in them. We want investors to see that by creating a safe space and community we are empowering people to grow by allowing them to feel like they can open up.

We believe there is an intrinsic, unbreakable bond between our mental, emotional and physical health, so we care about it all. While we encourage and keep our clients accountable as they reach goals they never dreamed were attainable, we do so with patience because we understand it's a process. We want to strike a tone that is different from what our clients usually encounter in a fitness space. One that allows us to help others really dive in deep within themselves. A voice that understands that long term success comes down to relationships; relationships to our habits, relationships to our food, relationships to others and ultimately, relationships to ourselves. We stand out by allowing people to express and be open with how they feel and think so there is no limitations into their own individual development as they reach whatever goal they had when walking into our facility and reaching out to us.
