I plan to grow my business strategically and also using my 15+ years in luxury retail management. I am looking hire the following A lawyer - to assist in any legal actions (to virtually meet as needed) A financial/accounts manager - to assist in balancing the health of the business. (to virtually meet bi weekly for the 6 months until needed to operate systematically ) A content manager for all my online platforms A website builder - (who also understands SEO) to assist in upholding the vision of the brand and products being sold are updated and is user friendly, visually exciting and will ultimately generate sales Graphics designer - to assist in any type of graphics request related to the brand and its theme or feel for the collection or products. I will also need a Sales Managers to assist in online customer service to assist in picking and packing orders, monitoring daily sales and inventory and report back to me with any feedback. But i would like to expand variations in design, color, fabric, sizes kuspackagingproducts.com sells food grade bags similar to what I will be selling. But I would like to expand in variations in design, color, fabric and sizes Roypack.com sells releasable bags but I would like to offer a high quality material in sizes and color I would like to design a more appealing online store front , more user friendly on a laptop and mobile phones with variations of their current products, similar sizes, but in newcolor ways , better fabric selections and designs. I would like the experience of my brand to have a lasting, cool impression that is consistent through all my online platforms like IG, FB, Amazon, Website. That will have customers coming back to purchase and will feel free to give feedback to better our products and online shopping experience from beginning to end. I am still in retail management and still have insight of what customers are shopping for.
