Funding Usage
This money would be used to purchase a larger trailer to haul mowers around in and another mower to help increase productivity. I would also use this money to update the software that is currently used to create bids as well as send invoices to customers as well as making the bid process faster for me to send to customers.

Business Plan
My plan is to slowly grow by adding 1-2 employees and also become a licensed commercial applicator to be able to spray for weeds on residential and commercial properties. I also want to work on getting winter customers for snow removal and spreading salt. It had always been a dream of mine to be able to work for myself. The thing that always held me back was the worry about failing. I’m always worried about my family first and want to make sure they were always taken care of. I just know this can be a successful business and there are plenty of things I can branch off and do to make this business bigger than I can even imagine. This grant would be a very large step in that direction and would be so appreciated.

Self Identified Competition
Augusta Lawn Care 5th Season Lawn Care Cats Pro Mow All my life I have been a people person and over been an outgoing, hard working individual. With me that will never change, no matter the size of the company. The customer always comes first and I am willing to go out of my way and even do extra things at no cost to keep them happy and coming back for years to come. When I leave a job, just seeing a big smile on their face and hearing “thank you very much, this looks great” is all I need to hear and it makes my day every time.
