Business Plan
Through social media marketing and offline marketing I plan to grow my business to millions of followers and potential customers. I have been in digital marketing for over 8 years and plan to use influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and word of mouth marketing to expand. By doing giveaways, contests, classes, programs, hosting events, school visits, and using artificial intelligence (AI) such as automations for emails, bots, and more I will foster a large flow of loyal fans, clients, and community support. Through all the exposure gained I’ll be doing consultations as well for other authors to be apart of my business and gaining commissions off of them. I’m a navy veteran who has served this country well while on submarines. With that I am disciplined, integrity based, and work well in high tensioned environments. While in the navy I worked as work center supervisor which called for me to manage our budget of hundreds of thousands of dollars with no discrepancies. I plan on helping the community out by offering up reading programs and meditative writing classes for depression and anxiety. I plan to do school visits to read to the kids and encourage good reading habits and journaling for better ways to look at their life and it’s milestones and goal achievement. I have a burning passion for writing and helping others to get their voice out. It’s the greatest thing we can do as people to heal, love, and progress is to get our words out to others. Everyone in the world has a story that is unique and can help someone somewhere that has been through the same path to get to a better place, have a good laugh, be enticed, or what have you. I believe that with my business I’ll be doing the greatest work in the world and the longest lasting work in the world for record sake and that is allowing people to connect, grow, laugh, and love through writing.

Self Identified Competition
My three too competitors are Indigo River Publishing, Italics Publishing, and Patriot Media Inc. They are all local to me, have been in the industry for a long time, and have the local prestige and popularity. Indigo River Publishing uses unique strategies to printing for good quality and flexible produce. Italics Publishing has a small POD platform, overcharges, and focuses too much on high technology in a market where most consumers enjoy simply a paperback books, coffee, and even eBooks at most, but nothing highly difficult that takes away from the experience. Patriot Media Inc. is too driven towards solely stocking military themed books to keep up with the wide variety and plethora of readers who enjoy other works. I believe investors should invest in me besides my competitors because I plan on expanding with an actual plan to grow online through social media which is the leader in sales for this industry. The competitors has a weak online presence and that is needed for social awareness and exposure to gain for potential customers and clients. I have the edge by being a seasoned digital marketer and passionate writer. The other companies have tried to do everything in house which limits their production and volume to produce. I’ll be working with a large global distributor which allows for more reach and quicker turnover times. I’ll be helping clients with their social media presence with my many years of digital marketing which allows for more income to be produced through my clients making sales and me gaining commission from them. I will host a profuse amount of genres to be enjoyed and engaged by many customers. I’ll be active in my community through giving back to the local schools, families, and community members in need by offering books, reading programs, and meditative writing classes for depression and anxiety. I’ll host tutoring by utilizing the teachers I know very well in the area for kids who need help with reading.
